II. GENERAL PAYMENT, BILLING AND PRICE CHANGE RULES
2.1. Currency
Prices and fees listed here are by default in USD, unless otherwise indicated on a specific interface.
2.2. Payment Processing (Paddle)
Payment processing is handled by Paddle. The handling of billing data provided during payment and the electronic receipt/invoice issued for the payment are subject to Paddle's processes.
2.3. Taxes
Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/sales tax) are indicated during the purchase, in the payment process, or on the issued invoice/receipt according to applicable rules.
2.4. Price Changes
The Provider reserves the right to modify prices, packages, and accounting rules. Modifications are effective from their publication on this page, unless a different effective date is indicated for a specific project.
BrainBuzzy — Pay what you want
Use it freely. If it was valuable, you decide the fee afterwards. The payment is consideration for the service (SaaS), processed by Paddle.
III. BRAINBUZZY (brainbuzzy.com) — PRICING AND CONDITIONS
3.1. Pricing Model ("Pay what you want")
BrainBuzzy is a SaaS-type service. Use of the service is not conditional upon payment.
Following the use of the service, the User may decide, at their own discretion, to pay the consideration for the service.
3.2. Selectable Amounts (USD)
In case of payment, the User may choose from the following amounts or enter a custom amount. The minimum custom amount is 1 USD.
- Access does not depend on payment.
- If you pay, the chosen amount is the consideration for the service (SaaS fee).
- Payment is processed by Paddle, and an electronic receipt/invoice is issued.
3.3. Refund (BrainBuzzy)
Given that the payment is a retrospective determination of the consideration for service already utilized, refunds are generally not provided for BrainBuzzy.
Exceptions may include specifically erroneous or duplicate charges, failure of performance due to verified technical error, or other anomalies deemed equitable by the Provider.
Qoowee — Credit based pricing
You pay with credits for usage. The credit cost of every message is visible, the system deducts it automatically and records it in a ledger.
IV. QOOWEE (qoowee.com) — CREDIT PACKAGES AND ACCOUNTING
4.1. Definition of Credit (Internal Unit of Account)
The Qoowee service measures usage via credit-based accounting. The credit is an internal unit of account, not money, does not accrue interest, and may be used solely within the Qoowee service.
Credits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Full access to all public sGPTs
- Detailed analysis based on asked questions
- Legal search
- Writing template documents
4.2. Credit Consumption and Accounting
The Qoowee system displays the credit cost of the given operation after every message sent by the User, and then automatically deducts the cost.
Credit cost may depend on, among others, the model used, the volume of input/output, and the functions utilized.
4.3. Ledger (Credit General Ledger) and Transparency
Qoowee maintains a detailed credit general ledger (ledger) which records, among others, the timestamp, the type of operation, the deducted credit, and the current balance.
In case of dispute, the data recorded in the ledger shall constitute the primary basis for accounting.
4.4. Validity of Credits, Account Termination
Purchased credits do not currently expire; however, the User acknowledges that in the event of account termination (deletion), unused credits cease to exist together with the access and are lost without refund.
4.5. Refund (Qoowee)
Refund rules applicable to Qoowee credit purchases:
- A refund may be requested within 14 days from the purchase regarding the value of unused credits.
- Used credits and the consideration for service utilized with them are non-refundable.
- In case of technical error or erroneous charge, the Provider may decide on crediting (credit correction), partial, or full refund.
4.6. Price Changes in Credit Costs
The Provider reserves the right to modify the price of credit packages and the credit costs assigned to individual operations (for example, due to changes in third-party AI provider fees).
The current accounting takes place according to credit costs displayed on the interface and recorded in the ledger.
